Ugh... not again:(

My period was due on the 23rd. Today, (the 25th) I have still not started. At the beginning of my last period I started taking birth control again and stopped taking it after like 4 days. (I just can’t keep up with remembering) Can taking birth control and stopping like that mess up my cycle and cause it to be late or should I maybe test?
