Custody battle

Can someone have people open up files from when you was a minor about cutting to gain custody of a child ? Like for instance in 19 my baby father is 26 he says he’s going to take me co court for full custody of my daughter and have them evaluate me when the last time I even did self harm was when I was 16 and I had her October of this year
