Advice

So I’m on paraguard have been for a few months, I have ovarian cysts from pcos, they rupture on top of the normal horrible severe period cramps before and during my period and I bleed for weeks up to over a month heavily with only one to three weeks between each period. I’m trying to decide if I want to suffer and keep the iud because it’s so effective or go to birth control pills. Any advice or opinions ladies
