My breasts have been tender and sore for the past couple days. Sometimes they just feel sore, but if I press on them it hurts. My nipples have been really tender too. Fibrocystic breast disease runs in my family, but my period was a little over a week ago. I also haven't worn a bra for the past couple days. I'm almost paranoid I'm pregnant but I didn't have penetrative sex so it's practically impossible. My boyfriend and I did some naked grinding last week, but he didn't even finish near me and I wasn't ovulating at the time. What could it be?
