Period irregularity

Hi ladies,merry Christmas and happy new year in advance 😁 I need help please more like answers cause I am worried, for over a year now I have been having irregularity period , my date changes every month, I have seen a month that I did not see it at all, actually I braid so I stress a lot by standing and all but there are some months I don’t stress and it’s still irregular and I have always been doing it 7 or 6 days straight, please I hope I am okay ?i am just worried and I hope when I am ready to have babies there won’t be any troubles
