Hey guys! So my son is 13 months old. I had him full time by myself since he was born up to 9 months. Then because of a mistake, my SIL got placement and he’s been on and off sick. Never was sick when I had him. Anyway, cps has given me a week visit and he’s had almost like the flu. Stuffy and runny nose, cough, fever. All that fun stuff. Anyway, I went to check on him tonight cuz he doesn’t sound stuffy sleeping and normally I can hear him. I looked in the pack and play and saw this. I’m guessing it was when he was coughing. Does anyone know what this could be? He now has placement with my MIL and I’ll be telling her and my mom and I will probably bring him in tomorrow. Looks like some blood. Please help if you can
