Yoga help?
I was wondering if anyone could recommend some positions that helped in your pregnancy! I'm 24 weeks and 2 days if that helps anything. 😁
What type of yoga do you do/find benificel?
how long do you (yourself) do it for in a day and how many times a week?
(Also it has to be doable at home as I have a 4 year old and can't really take him to the gym or classes 😁)
