Going back to work

I go back to work in just under two weeks and my LO is 8 weeks. How did you all plan to go back to work to prepare? My baby will go to sleep anywhere from 8-9:30 and get up at 3 to eat then back to sleep around 4:30 and then gets up again around 8:30/9:00.

When I go back to work, I’ll have to leave the house at 7:45am and get her to daycare. Should I just start waking her up around 7am to get her on that schedule now? Or anyone go through this with any tips?? FTM and would rather not be late to work everyday with a fussy baby lol
