How many hours does your lo sleep per 24 hours?

I have posted about needing sleep help on here a couple times 🤪🤪🤪
Doing lots of reading and my baby is not getting enough sleep!!! But he seems happy and content so I am going to bring it up at his next appt.  I think he is sleeping only 8 to 10 hours total!! I have read 3 month old needs 15 hours within 24.
*I decided to write down his exact times the next few days to get a more accurate amount of hours to tell pediatrician*

Is it bad I have no idea how many hours exactly? I just have her go to bed (or try to!) when she is rubbing her eyes and yawning. I used to track it with this app but I was getting so stressed out about how much sleep time we were getting and wake intervals... ugh. I felt like she was picking up on my anxiety over it. Now it’s more relaxed.
But I hope the ped doesn’t ask how many hours because I dunno. Baby seems content most of the time unless she fights a nap.

My daughter is 13 weeks old today. And her sleeping schedule is:
From 9pm (previous day) until 6am (today) - feeding times included 😁
And then, after a bath, she'll continue to sleep, like from 7.30am until 10am then wake up for a feeding.. And continue to sleep until 12.30pm or 1pm.. Then she'll be awake. 
She'll want to sleep after that but for only 20 minutes or 30 minutes then she'll play... This continues until around 6pm for her evening bath.. 
Usually she's sleeping after her evening bath, but not for long.. 1 hour max.. Then she'll be playing and 'talking' until around 9pm.. And the cycle continues 😂😂😂

16 weeker and he averages 15.5-16.5 hours in a 24 hour period for at least the past month that I’ve been logging in this app. 11ish hours overnight.

She always gets 12 hrs, occasionally we might hit 14. 16 weeks tomorrow.

My son only started getting 12 hours at night when I sleep trained him at almost 5 months. I’m considering sleep training this one a little earlier (currently 16.5 weeks old)
