No heat or window down?

Question

Let's say you're in a car with a few people on a cold day(bout 39 degrees farenheit) and someone in the car thinks it's too hot. 
Would you A. Let them roll the window down and keep the heater on or B. Turn the heater off and keep the windows up? 
If neither comment why! This is a frequent argument in our car 😂

Some people actually require fresh air quick because of like... hot flashes or some weird things I do not fully understand as a mostly cold person so I have to say that the window should always be available to people who need it. But if it’s too hot in the car we should always turn down the heat.

Neither, because I am always cold and I guess I’m just selfish like that. Everyone else in my house is always turning off the heat and I’m miserable 24/7 because I’m just always cold. 
But if I were to choose between those two, I’d turn the heat down before putting a window down.

My car is tiny, it gets hot fast. I'll roll down a window and leave the heat on unless it's daytime, then I can turn the heat off and crack a window.🤷‍♀️

My windows stay up constantly when I drive. Having them open makes my ears hurt, so I’d turn the heat down, that being said, if it was my car iddo nothing because I’m always cold. Even in 80 degree weather I wear sweaters and yoga pants

If they’re in the back, they can roll the window down. If they’re in front, I have dual air control and they can adjust as they see fit.

I’ll turn off the heat and possibly open the window, but personally I get hot really easily and start sweating😂 and my car heats up quick so if I put the heat to 28 to warm up the car, it will be hot within 5 minutes and sometimes I forget to turn it down 🙄
