I’m 18. I have bad anxiety that I’m on medication for. The past couple days my head has felt off usually when I’m moving. I don’t rlly feel dizzy but my head just feels weird. What should I do? I keep getting scared it’s a brain tumour.

Many times anxiety medication can make you feel fuzzy in the head like that.  Are you taking a benzodiazepine? Seroquel? Which medications are you taking?  ￼￼I’m a pharmacist. It’s unlikely that you have a brain tumor. ￼

Take your blood pressure; sometimes I feel swimmy and it’s because my BP is low. If it’s low, try hydrating!

Sometimes little calcium particles breakbloose in your inner ear and float around when you move your head a certain way. So it gives you vertigo. There are movements you can do to make it stick back onto something and stop the dloating and resulting dizzyness. Look on You Tube for vertigo cures. There are different moves you can try. They might not work right away, but it's worth a try.
