TMI PP advice needed

So I am exactly 1month pp today and I've started having light brown bleeding again accompanied with what resembles tissue. I've had increased pain and cramping and called the ob a week ago and was told to just take Ibuprofen. Did anyone experience this or know what it is? Kinda starting to freak out. Also I am not EBF.
