Bedtime?
Little guy is 13 weeks and (other than the leap he just went through, which was awful btw) is usually falling asleep by 8, getting up around 2ish to eat, then up around 6 to eat again and I can usually get him back to sleep for another hour/hour and a half. I’m kind of wondering if I should be trying to get another nap in (he naps about 3 times usually) to try and push his bedtime a bit later which would hopefully result in him only getting up once (like around 330/4) and then up for the day around 730? Does this even make sense or is my sleep deprivation making me overanalyze something that might not even work 😂😂
