I'm roughly 5 weeks pregnant & for the last 3 weeks or so I've been experiencing mild cramps similar to what you'd feel during a period. Now, for the past few days, I've been having very short but sharp twinging/pinching pains in my vagina & what I would assume might be my ovary (it's just above the "mons pubis," or pubic mound--slightly to the left)? It doesn't last more than a second & usually only happens when I move a particular way.

I've also noticed a small hard spot or "bump/lump" in this same spot. It isn't noticable, but I can feel it & putting pressure on it is kind of uncomfortable--not painful at all.

Is this normal? /:
