Desensitizing your nipples
I’m 25 weeks with my first baby. I have always had very sensitive nipples, but now thinking about breastfeeding after the baby comes, I’m trying to find ways to desensitize them. Anyone else done this or recommend anything to help?
I’ve just heard that breastfeeding can be rough and painful on your nipples even if they’re not sensitive.
