My puppy Akamaru

This is my puppy Akamaru !! He is really sweet and wild... he is 8 months old and he is really smart . His papers say he is part Labrador retriever mix .. I think he’s either mixed with pitt Bull more than likely but his nose is like a hound it’s always on the ground. I haven’t had a puppy in a long time ... I lost my senior dog the only dog I had for 13 years. I have a three year old I just need some general tips on how to handle him near my son he’s really hyper ... he hasn’t hurt my son yet but I just want other people’s advice !!!!
