When to wash my hair

Okay so I’m going away on Monday morning, leaving around 8am. I have work for the weekend and I work in a cafe where it gets really hot and I sweat. I’ll finish around 5 both days in the weekend. I plan on straightening my hair before I leave, so, 
do I wash my hair on Saturday, let it air dry and then straighten it on Sunday after work or 
do I wash it on Sunday after work, blow dry it and then straighten it?
