So scared

I got my BFP on the 20th went check my levels. They were at 80. Went back the 24th they were only up to 109. Dr said i could be earlier than we thought. I spotted off and on a few days. This morning I woke up with red discharge when I wiped I go back Monday for more blood. I’m freaking out. My friend is trying to talk me down telling me it’s my body getting ready.
