HIV scare

I had unprotected sex with one person, afterward we both got tested and our HIV test came back negative. For me I’m a hypochondriac so I tend to over test and because I got tested a week after sex with him I decided to retest. I went in after a month and tested again it was negative. I waited a little longer and tested one more time at two months with a 4th generation HIV test and it came back negative. I explained that it had only been two months and my doctors said that I was negative and 4th generation test are correct after 18 days and 95% after 40 days. They told me that if his came back negative and so did mine then most likely I don’t have it. It’s been six months since we’ve had sex and I haven’t had sex since and I just want to test again but I don’t want to waste any money. I didn’t have any symptoms but the weekend before I got my last test I was light headed, felt like nauseated and was having headaches. I also started wearing new glasses and I believe I was having a panic attack over the thought of having HIV. Should stop testing since I’m not having sex or should I test again to be sure?
