Should I wake her up and feed her? If not I need to pump. Ive been told to let her sleep and shell wake up when shes hungry but this seems a little long

My son takes long naps throughout the day sometimes and still sleeps throughout the night for 5-7 hours stretches. So I wouldn’t 🤷🏾‍♀️

If it's during the day, I've read and been told to wake them and save the long sleep for night. If it's night, let them sleep.

I wake my daughter during the day at the 3 hour mark.
