My LO has a cold and is so congested. It’s making it difficult for her to eat and sleep, the last 2 nights have been rough 😖 I feel so bad and am trying everything I can. I rub Zarbees on her chest and feet and I’ve taken her into the bathroom with a hot steamy shower, It does seem to help some. And I put Vick’s Vapor in the humidifier. It’s been 2 days of a runny nose/ nasal congestion. I know it has to run it’s course, but does anyone know of any other helpful remedies? No fever or cough, just seems to be the common cold.
