Annoying comments

So my 11 month old isnt very interested in foods, never has been. Dr said not to worry till his 12 month appt. My fiances parents act like i purposefully dont let him eat, like im just keeping food from him. Probably because they constantly try to offer him ice cream and cookies and soda and i say no. They dont know i try every day multiple times to get him to eat. He seems interested in other peoples foods but if you try to offer him a bite he will turn his head. Well seriously anytime we are eating with them whether we are out at a restaurant or not they will always make a comment like "oh he wants some of that! He says give me a bite mommy!" Or something like that and honestly it pisses me off. Like yea i would if he would eat it. 🙄 i know i get looks all the time for sitting there eating and my son not having anything. I just wish people would keep their damn comments to themselves....we are watching my son bc he is showing multiple signs of asd and has been since 6 months old, but nobody knows that bc he looks normal.
