My doctor found stage 1 endometriosis during my diagnostic laparoscopy and removed it . It was like three small spots. He recommended we go forward with the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> process once I start my cycle again. However , I was on my period during my 2 week check up and he suggested we give it a try naturally since I’m due to ovulate soon. My husband has low sperm count and poor motility as well.
