Anyone conceive after having stage 1 endometriosis removed ?

My doctor found stage 1 endometriosis during my diagnostic laparoscopy and removed it . It was like three small spots. He recommended we go forward with the iui process once I start my cycle again. However , I was on my period during my 2 week check up and he suggested we give it a try naturally since I’m due to ovulate soon. My husband has low sperm count and poor motility as well. Has anyone in the group conceived after having a laparoscopy ? If so, what did you do ? We’re hoping to conceive naturally this round . Send me babydust ladiessss!!!
