What would you do?
I tried vitex in October, the second cycle after my miscarriage and stopped after only one cycle because I was starting AF at 6DPO. But I think it messed up my cycles because ever since stopping VITEX, I’ve only had 2 cycles where I ovulated and before VITEX, my cycle was fine. Irregular but fine. Before my miscarriage, I used VITEX for 2 cycles and ended up pregnant but miscarried
