Did anyone have success with IVF at the age of 42?

Really hoping of having a real shot at it.

I’m 42 this month & am 8 weeks with a PGS normal embryo 
I retrieved 18 eggs, 16 fertilised & ended up with 1 good embryo
It only takes 1!

Not me, but a coworker. Ended up with 3 embryos (not sure if they were day 5 or day 3). 2 were good quality and 1 was mediocre quality. She transferred all 3 and has a gorgeous son as a result
