Weird moles that grew on breast after giving birth?

So I was taking a shower and noticed these weird moles on both breast. Idk when they came out exactly I just know they never been there before should I be concerned? They’re kind of bumpy btw.

I have them too. Didn’t even notice it wasn’t normal until you brought it up lol

I had something similar. My midwife told me everything grows including skin tags and all sorts of things. Little moles I and got bigger. I think it’s just from all the hormones.
