Chest tightness during BH??

So every time I have a Braxton Hicks contraction. I feel like someone is squeezing my heart is the only way to describe it.  Makes me feel short of breath. As soon as the contractions passes so does this feeling.  Anyone experience this?

Yes, I feel tightness in my chest and can't breathe, very scary. Feels like an elephant is crushing my upper chest.

Yeah the entire time I’ve been having BH This happens. For months now. My dr kinda made this weird face when I said it but then said it does cause a lot of blood flow and constriction so it’s totally abnormal. Idk. He never seems too concerned 🤷🏻‍♀️. I don’t remember them being like that with my last pregnancy though

It’s scary sometimes.  But I always think the worst.  I guess that the joys of being a critical care nurse for so many years.  I wonder if it will happen during labor too?  Cause man that will be awful.
