Clear/milky white discharge from my right breast while on period

I’ve been on my period for three days, it started exactly on the day it was supposed to, I had to take plan b this month because of a birth control pill mess up I had and I had surgery two weeks ago so I’m on a ton of opioids and anti anxiety medication so I guess my hormones are off my rocker. My nipples have been leaking clear liquid and white liquid too and it’s never happened before. I took a pregnancy test and it’s negative (it’s been 3 weeks since the accident “conception” date ) what do y’all think?
