If I have one more person ask me about kids...
Ok ladies.... when you have In Laws/Family/Friends that every time you see them they ask you about kids.... how do I have the conversation without lying or deflecting an answer.
Cause the real answer is: I don’t know and it’s not looking good. Right now. Tomorrow the want for kids could be stronger. I just know it ain’t in the real near future.
I’ve felt in the past pressure to say kids are a for sure thing and it’s coming soon and then nothing happens. Why is this conversation so hard to have and be honest about?
My parents and in laws were recently in the same room together for the holidays was grand baby this grand baby that. I wanted to pull my hair out and my husband just kind of ignored or acted oblivious to the whole thing.
Any words of wisdom would so be appreciated. I guess a little background is necessary: been married for four years husband and myself are late 20’s no grandkids on either of our sides.
Ugh 🙄
