Gaining weight
I keep gaining weight and loosing it it’s so weird and I don’t know what to do anymore:( I eat pretty clean and I’m semi active. On the first picture I weighed 153 and that was in March. Beginning of August 2019 I was 163 and then Around October I was 158z Now it’s December and I weigh 161. I’m just not happy with my weight and I wish I was 153 again... Any suggestions on how to shed a few pounds??? 😔😔😓😓
