29 days late

I really need some insights.

I’ve done home test. Negative. Blood work. Negative.

I had sticky cm the other day. I’ve had all the pregnancy symptoms I could think of and still no period or any signs of one.

My nipples started to tingle today a little.

We have been ttc for a year now but unfortunately I don’t have health insurance. Has anyone gone through this? Is there hope I’ll ever get pregnant? Need some relief. It’s been awful. Everyone I know of is pregnant and we just want our angel.
