My boyfriend is going through a bit of a rough patch, I have clinical depression and anxiety and he clearly has some issues too. However he’s about to graduate from his school and isn’t able to get sufficient care through the army reserves that I know of. Is there any way that he is able to get prescribed antidepressants if he can’t afford to see a psychiatric doctor of some sort? He doesn’t have any insurance outside of medical care on his army base. He’s 24, was in the marines for 4 years, is in army reserves now, and is about to get his associates degree, he doesnt know how to go about getting care, but he really needs it. We live in the LA area and if anyone has any suggestions on how to get care that would be great. I’m 19 and still insured under my parents.
