Dating Advice

The guy I’ve been dating for a while made a slightly hurtful comment about my personal appearance. Right after that, he started talking about surgery that one of his coworkers had on the exact same thing he insulted me with. I didn’t know what to think and just felt disgusted and very hurt. I always just seem to forget my feelings but I feel it wasn’t very nice at all and find it hard to move past that.
