Does rainy weather make anyone else feel sad?
I have anxiety, depression and bpd. And just this year I have noticed when it is rainy weather I feel super sad and get bad thoughts. I know there is a disorder called seasonal affect disorder. Not saying I have it because it’s only Been this year I have had these problems but just wondering does anyone else feel this way
