Baby is 9 months and woke up with congestion, runny nose, and a cough. When do you all decide when they need to see a doctor? It doesn’t seem too bad right now.

I wouldn’t. There’s nothing a doctor can do. I would only take in if temp got over 102.6 and/or the cough got worse (RSV).

If the cough seems to be a barking cough, if they’re throwing up afterwards or there is a whooping sound to it. Also, if they have a fever. Try a cool mist humidifier for the cough and saline drops and a nose sucker for the congestion. 💗

Sustained high fever (above 104F?), trouble breathing, prolonged vomiting, lethargy, stiff neck. 
Sounds like baby has a regular cold which sucks but it’s not normally dangerous.

If there is a fever for several days, or fever with a stiff neck or baby seems unresponsive.

We went in for a high temp last weekend. Still wasn’t much they could do but they ruled out ear/sinus infections etc so that was good. 
Try to keep baby comfortable and hydrated.
