Vitex after Missed MC?

Hi ladies! Can anyone who has experienced a missed mc speak to using Vitex after? I feel the mc was due to low progesterone. My dr. had prescribed me progesterone supplements about 3 weeks in, but still my levels fluctuated. Vitex- What was your experience and did you replace progesterone supplement completely, use both at advice of doc, just Vitex, etc? Thanks in advance! Sending you all lots of love.

If you have somewhat regular periods, don’t use it. I tried using it for one cycle 3 months ago and it’s messed with my periods really bad. I spot for  a week before actually starting a period, have had many anovulatory cycles, and start periods as early as 6DPO
