Hi All! I have been traveling a lot these past two weeks and also had the norovirus so I was pretty sick (no temp tho) i haven’t been great at checking my temp at the same time since I’m off work. My question is-

Does sleeping in different houses have any change in BBT? We sleep in our house where it’s 60 degrees and my in-laws keep it 70. Wondering if that and traveling can mess up my bbt. I feel it’s so different this month!

The higher spike at the beginning of my cycle was from me drinking the night before. Same with the missed temp.
