Pregnant and rashes?

I keep getting these rashes mainly at night time, anybody have any idea on why or what they could be from? I’m almost 8 weeks and it’s almost always on only my upper chest area??

I am experiencing a weird eye reaction to who knows what! This has never happened to me before so I’m blaming it on pregnancy

Could be heat rash, I know I get extra dry and irritated in winter in general. Could also be a new scarf or something, or even mites. Wash your sheets in a non-abrasive soap, stop wearing anything new, and use lotion regularly. Also, maybe take your showers with cooler water. If nothing helps, go to a dermatologist.
