Freaking out!!! Need your help! BFP with thyroid issues

I just starting taking Tapazole for my hyperthyroidism for 3 weeks now. My period has been late a week so I took a test and right away it came up positive!!!

I’m freaking out, happy of course but worried that the meds I’m on will cause birth defects.
