Primer?

Is the nivia that comes in a tin can good for primer or is this beter I saw a video on it. ??? Will it also work for eye primer?

I wouldn't use calamine lotion as a primer. After it dries it has an odd texture and is pink in color outside of the bottle. Your makeup won't be smooth over it more than likely. Wet n wild makes a good primer that is cheap

Calamine lotion is meant as a medicinal treatment for chicken pox, measles and other similar skin conditions to ease the itching. I wouldn’t use it as a primer. 
You can get plenty of relatively cheap but decent primers out there, although I live in the UK so my suggestions would probably mean nothing to you, but I guess if you just have a look in a drugstore or something at the make up section? I don’t really know where you all buy your make up...

get an actual face primer it’ll work better and be better for your skin i like maybelline

i don't use lotion as a primer, because it tends to get tacky, and will clump your makeup together.

I would not use this. I’ve honestly noticed a fair amount of middle to older aged women who do this, and I can tell so very easily. Especially if it is darker than your skin tone
