one of my coworkers just came up to me and showed me bruises and bloody nail marks that her girlfriend did to her, she’s gonna try to get off early but the only place she can go is back home where her girlfriend is. I have no idea how to help, I can’t offer for her to stay w me bc I’m 16 and my parents would never especially given that she’s in her 20s. I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to force her to go to HR but I think I’ll have to do that. Please give advice quickly
