Second time moms - engorgement?

Hi! My LO #2 is just 2 days old. My milk has come in but with #1 I got extremely engorged with rock hard breasts that would leak. Now I'm noticing a lot of fullness but not to that extent. I'm wondering if this is normal the second time or if it's an indication of a lower supply? Baby is filling diapers very well (haven't got an updated weight) and clearly taking in milk. Thanks!

Yep... the engorgement was never as bad as with my first😳

Normal! One of the midwives at the hospital said that second/third time mums often got less engorged, and that your supply regulates more quickly. Almost like your body remember from the first time. Sadly the after-contractions are way worse for most.

I definitely have less engorgement the second time around.
