Decreasing LH
This may be a dumb question, but why did I have increasing LH up to 0.28 before and then today it when back down to 0.1. I usually have 56 days between my periods, so I’m taking an opk test almost everyday to see when I actually ovulate (this is my first month using OPKs). I know I’m not in my fertile window yet but can anyone tell me why it stopped increasing? Glow says ovulation in 10 days.
