So Confused Right Now

So me and my partner have been TTC for around a year now. Every month like clockwork AF comes to visit but this month is a strange one, around 10-14 days before AF I get really sensitive breasts, it's my one way of knowing AF is visiting soon but this month my breasts haven't been sore at all, I'm due AF today and she hasn't come. I've been feeling quite irritable and quite tired these past few days. I did a test two days ago which was a BFP, I started to get super excited that we'd finally done it but the three I did today, one was a failed test (the control box had nothing) , the others negative. It was devestating to see the negatives after the positive. I would go to the doctor but it would take a month for me to get an appointment in my area. Any advice or is it just a waiting game now to see if AF is going to surprise me?
