Anyone 18 weeks with back pain?? Is it normal? Idk if its pregnancy back pain or maybe my bed?

Yes. I’m also 18 weeks, but mines is mire towards my mid back. I think it’s time we get that pregnancy pillow

Recommend doing yoga. I’ve been pain free thus far. I weightlift 4 times a week and still do pretty intense workouts  along with yoga almost every day. Ali kamenova on YouTube has great prenatal classes for free if your interested. Otherwise I think some pains are pretty unavoidable towards the end but there may be some things you can do about it now !

Totally normal. I talked to my doctor about it and she recommended pregnancy yoga. Like down word dog and other positions but sometimes they offer pregnancy yoga as a program so try looking into it.

I've been seeing a chiropractor my entire pregnancy, and did for most of my first as well.

I'm 18w3d and oh my god. I work 4-12 and it's so bad at night. I get home after 12AM and I can't walk without it hurting. It doesn't help I'm on my feet for 8+ hours at work.
