5-6 month old activities??

This might come across as psycho ftm but I’m not really sure how to entertain my lo. We got her a stand alone jumper that has toys around the outer ring that she can rotate between. It’s easy to move from room to room so she remains in my eye sight. She LOVES it. Like bounce for 45 min straight, loves it. I felt like I got my life back because she is a very needy baby and won’t stay entertained with anything (even me) for longer than 15 min. Furthermore, once she has decided she is done with something she goes into super sonic scream mode. When she is in her jumper, I can do dishes, fold laundry, brush my hair, etc and it has been amazing.... until now when I discovered she shouldn’t be in there for longer than 15 min a DAY.... she’s been bouncing in this thing at least 3 hours a day (not consecutively) for the past 2 months and I feel so guilty now after reading all the adverse effects it can have.

I’m just wondering what you guys are doing to keep your babies stimulated? Please no hate. I already feel bad for not knowing how to keep my baby entertained safely.
