Water leaking or sweat?

I’m 37+2 and my underwear have been wet all day. Not cm or discharge just wet. Could this be my water slowly leaking or am I just sweating so profusely down there?? It doesn’t smell like anything and has no color.

I just bought some PH strips from amazon and they’ll be here on the AM. What I’ve heard is “They need to have a 4-9 PH scale... 3.8-4.5 are normal vaginal secretions and 6.5-7.5 are amniotic fluid" I’m not a doctor by any means, just an avid google researcher...so don’t quote me lol
I don’t know if it’s gonna work, or what, but it was $8 and much cheaper than a $150 copay at the hospital so I figured i’d give it a shot! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

When my “water” was leaking it felt like small little gushes of water when I’d stand up or something like that.

Went to L&D last night for the exact same thing. But all the tests came back negative for amniotic fluid and they said I’ve probably been leaking urine because baby is so low. 🙄

Every night I wake up damp. I'm just sweaty when sleeping. 
I have an increase in discharge as well. Like I have trickles of discharge but nothing ever gets on a pad 🤔. I asked my doc about it and she said that if it's not getting on a pad that it's most likely not amniotic fluid. She did a cervical check and said she could feel that my bag was still in tack and that baby was floating. 
Things just get a little more moist down their. Discharge, pee, sweat lol

I felt the same last night! Got up to pee and felt wet down there but wasn’t sure if it was just discharge, me sweating in the middle of the night or my water 😂

It’s hard to tell, I literally had fluid running down my leg the other day and it was sweat🤪 nurse said the closer you get the more things overwork themselves down there and cause you to sweat a lot
