What time do you put your baby to bed?

What time do you put your baby to bed? And how old are they? Do you do a nighttime routine? Anyone feeding to sleep or have you begun to establish routines?? Sorry a million questions, I’m a FTM.

7pm bath time, 7:15 put baby on my bed on a towel to hang out naked for a few minutes, then diaper, massage, dress, nurse, burp, rock/sing a lullaby, put down awake but drowsy in his bassinet at roughly 8pm. I sit on my bed to ensure I’m there to quickly pop his paci back in if he drops it. He puts himself to sleep within 10 minutes. Also a ftm so totally winging it. I thrive on routine and structure and it seems he appreciates it too.

My baby is 4 months because he was a preemie but 10 weeks adjusted.
At 730, I lotion/massage him for about 15-30 minutes depending how long he enjoys it for.  Then put his jammies on, read him a story and rock him. Then feed him to sleep.  He usually goes down for the night at about 830.  We’ve been doing this since 2 months old and it works really well for us.

We have routine but it’s so funny our dr said start from 7-9 and no matter which time we start she always falls asleep between 10:15-10:45. She will just nurse longer if we start earlier. We have a chromecast so my husband made a routine for bedtime so it turns off the lights and dims hall to bathroom starts playing piano nursery rhymes and turns heat up and turns off tv or music if it’s already playing. I run the water for bath and do laundry and get out fresh pjs while he gets her ready for bath and tries to soothe her as usually she starts getting fussy which signals time for bed time routine. We give her a bath together and then wrap her in her towel and I do skin on skin and nurse her. Once she is dry. Pjs go on and I continue to nurse her and brush out her hair. Then she falls asleep between 10:16-10:45 and is down. She used to sleep 6-9 hours the first stretch but she has a cold and is in a leap so is cluster feeding at night again like a newborn! I hope she goes back to sleeping longer stretches!

I try to have him in bed by 8pm every night. Depends on when he feeds what happens in the run up to then because he still a bit all over the place with his eating due to reflux and being on different medications.
But it’s usually bath, feed, cuddle and in bed for 8pm.
He only sleeps a couple of hours at a time before waking up for a bit of reassurance but goes back down after about 30 min. He’s been in that routine of feeding 2 hourly (he’s now about 4/5 hourly since medication started working) so will take a bit to break that habit I think.

Our routine starts with a bath at 630. Dry off, lotion, pjs. Bottle comes around 7, then usually asleep by 730. Latest 8 or he turns into The Hulk.

To be quite honest we have zero routine. I go back to school in 2 weeks and my schedule is going to change so her schedule probably going to change oh, so for now we're just letting her eat and sleep when she wants. We live a 2nd / 3rd shift kind of life, she goes to sleep later and wakes up later naps somewhere between 12-2 another nap between 5-7 usually down for the night around 11. But that's her routine, that she set herself.

My baby girl is 11.5 weeks old and since she was 6 weeks old, we have had a solid bedtime routine. I first turn on her white noise machine and then put her in her pajamas and sleep sack. We then bring her out into the living room for some cuddles and a small bottle. She falls asleep while eating and we hold her while she sleeps for 20 minutes. We then put her in her crib in her room. She has been sleeping through the whole night for 4 weeks now. As for the time, we start bedtime routine no later than 8pm, but if she is showing signs that she is tired before that, we start earlier. For instance, tonight she was getting sleepy by 6:45, so the bedtime routine started at 7pm and she was asleep by 7:15.
