Period help pls

So I’m 14 and I’m on my second day of my period and a 2 huge like things came out I know what they are but the were big like together enough to be a teaspoon is that normal?

I can’t google stuff like his as my mum checks my history and we don’t talk about sex and periods so this app which is just a “period” one is the only way I can ask my questions
